Maintenance of Vibrator

1. Concrete vibrator should be rest for a period of time after  work continuously half an hour. It will prevent the machine’s temperature too high.

2. In oeder to protect the flexible shafts and hoses, when we use the concrete vibrator the radius should not less than 500mm.

3. Every parts of concrete vibrator should be cleaned after using for per 50-100 hours.

4. After cleaning, replacement the damaged pieces, reinstall. All parts must be clean-up except the bearing.Roll cone, cone and casing shall be ensured absolutely without oil.

5. When we install concrete vibrator the threaded must spelt tight to prevent mortar water infiltration within the concrete vibrator.

6. When we discover the concrete vibrator non-vibrating during work, we should disconnect it to check whether the oil seal broken or not.
